At Denver Metro Protective Services, we operate a 24-hour, 365 day Dispatch Center, in order to ensure that our customer's needs are always answered by a live person, that all of our staff has immediate contact with our offices, and in order to provide the ultimate client services possible. Our Dispatch Center is a state-of-the-art facility, with live GPS tracking of each and every unit in the field, client remote video surveillance monitoring services, customer answering services, and the newest in two-way digital radio communications which allow us to communicate with each and every employee in the field, regardless of where in the world he or she is. We believe that nothing is more important than the safety of our employees, and have invested considerably to ensure that we are always able to reach, and if necessary, find our staff if an emergency occurs.
Additionally, our Patrol Division is able to communicate and receive information directly from our Dispatch Center through their in-car laptop computers, and receive real-time updates on any call received from our dispatchers.
